Love the idea of making a checklist for the fridge. Did you all come up with that as a family???? I must know...who wanted the homemade ice cream (I would LOVE that on my Summer list as well). And where are you going to go camping??? Maybe you could come to the lake and hang with us sometime??? There is good camping there, a restaurant on the water, playground, beach, and us ;-) with a boat at some point.
